He played a key role in CBRE Hotels' growth in Romania. Mircea also holds a PhD in Economics from the Academy of Economic Studies, Bucharest. In 2007, Mircea co-founded EST Hospitality Consulting, specializing in hospitality consulting, advisory services, feasibility studies, operator selection, contract negotiation, and M&A. Mircea actively participates in the Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne Alumni network and the National Association of Romanian Valuers. Under Mircea Draghici's leadership, EST Hospitality Consulting provides unparalleled insights and strategic guidance in the hospitality industry.

George specializes in a wide range of building‘s technical services , MEP, including commissioning, preventive maintenance, fire life & safety systems ,pre-opening technical services, refurbishments and energy optimization. As a Certified Hospitality Facilities Executive (CHFE) from the American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute and a Building Technologies Specialist from TÜV Süd Germany, George's qualifications and expertise are recognized across the industry.

His portfolio spans various sectors, including retail, residential buildings, logistic centers, renewable energy developments, HORECA projects, and, notably, an increased focus and expertise in the past decade on the management and delivery of 4-star and 5-star hotel projects affiliated with renowned international chains such as Accor, Radisson, and Hilton. Concurrently, Cristian has cultivated extensive expertise in the refurbishment domain, particularly in aligning projects with contemporary safety standards and operational norms, especially when dealing with endangered or historical monument buildings.

As part of his broad expertise in real estate legal advisory, he developed key qualifications in assistance for hotel management and related services, especially with international operators like Kempinski, Hilton, Radisson, Ascott, Accor, Louvre Hotels Group.

She holds a BA degree in Hospitality Business Management at University of Birmingham, specialized in the hotels industry. Andreea has worked for Marriott International & IHG, both in Romania and United Kingdom as well as leading the local teams & developing the business for Booking.com in Romania. With a passion for the upscale products & offerings, Andreea has led the marketing activities for a premium jewellery brand in 5 markets in the CEE Region, managing the 360° approach with an in-house marketing & creative team.

His expertise in hospitality, shaped by varied academic and consultancy projects, is complemented by hands-on operational management at his family-owned resort and his experience as a marketing specialist. As a junior consultant, Vlad is known for his global outlook, dedication to the hospitality industry, and innovative approach to client success.
